One of the most difficult parts of the ILF Neurofeedback process is the protocol optimization task, as the success of the training is completely reliant on understanding the training effects occurring in and outside of sessions. This workshop discusses the intricacies of interpreting arousal indicators in the clinical context and how to approach frequency adjustments when indicators are misleading.
